coach requirements

• Register as a Coach and complete the questionnaire within the registration pathway
• Complete Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders course, or login to the RIS system to ensure your certificate is not expired
• You must also submit a valid Criminal Record Check every 3 years (first year must be a Vulnerable Sector Check).  MMHA will provide you with a volunteer letter.
  
• Check Coaching Course Requirements based on the level you would like to coach
  
  Each team is required to have a Safety Person on the roster.  This individual will also need to hold a valid Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders certificate, as well as the Hockey Canada Safety Course.

Manager's corner

• All Bench Staff, including Managers are required to hold a valid Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders course (good for 5 years)
